Network event

In addition to the two-and-a-half-day conference program, delegates are invited to attend an evening networking event on 30 September. Join colleagues for drinks and canapés at the National Wine Centre of Australia — an iconic South Australian venue showcasing the state’s world-class wine industry.

This relaxed gathering offers an opportunity to reconnect with peers, build new professional relationships, and sample a selection of South Australia’s finest wines.

Attendance at the networking event is included in the conference registration fee for all delegates, excluding those who purchase a ticket for day two or day three only.


Important Information

  • Post graduate students must provide evidence of enrollment
  • Group registrations must be purchased at the same time. Refunds will not be provided for those who have already purchased a standard ticket
  • Those purchasing group registration must provide all attendee names at the time of purchase
  • Presenter registration is only available to presenters who have had their abstract accepted for inclusion in the conference program
  • Presenter registration is limited to the presenters listed on the abstract at the time of submission
  • Presenters must register by the 1st of July to be eligible for the presenter rate
  • Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at the discretion of the conference committee


Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations received by the 31st August will receive 100% refund minus AUD $50 processing fee.
  • Cancellations received after 31st of August, or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid conference fee. 
  • All refunds will be issued after the conference
  • Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to the organising committee at ayjc2026@swinburne.edu.au
